| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同气腹介质对结直肠癌肿瘤转移的影响。方法体外培养人结直肠癌HT-29细胞株,模拟CO2气腹、He气腹处理后,通过MTT法检测细胞的黏附性;应用免疫组化检测E-钙黏素的表达。建立气腹动物实验模型,观测腹腔转移瘤的情况。结果模拟CO2气腹组细胞黏附力大于模拟He气腹组、对照组;模拟CO2气腹组E-钙黏素的表达小于模拟He气腹组、对照组;模拟He气腹组与对照组两者差别无统计学意义。CO2气腹组裸鼠移植瘤平均瘤重大于He气腹组、免气腹组;He气腹组与免气腹组差别无统计学意义。结论CO2气腹有可能对肿瘤转移起一定促进作用,He气腹对肿瘤转移无明显影响。 |
