| 摘 要： | 分析地震灾区野战医院门急诊感染管理在环境设施、物资、消毒、人员管理等方面的不足，采取制定防控计划、合理调整布局、明确感染职责、加强人员管控、以及重点环节控制等方法。共接诊患者10876人，无1人院内感染发生，收到良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | A field hospital was set up in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area with 60 physicians, 20 nurses, and 4 medical technicians. There were 20 beds. Plans for disease control and layout of departments were developed. Management of personnel was strengthened. Sterilization of instruments was emphasized. Different measures were adopted to control the incidence of infectious diseases. Totally 10 876 patients were treated without in-hospital infection. |
