| 摘 要： | 目的：检测120名门诊口腔科唇疱疹患者分离的无环鸟苷（ACV）耐受HSV-1毒株的发生率和分子鉴定。方法：采用病毒培养，实时定量PCR和基因测序分析这些临床分离株。结果：分离到无环鸟苷耐受毒株为6株（6／120=5％）在6份ACV耐受毒株中，TK基因发生突变，这可能与ACV耐受相关。结论：本研究表明唇疱疹患者中存在ACV耐受毒株，对于难于治疗的患者有必要检测毒株对ACV的敏感性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The aim is to determine the prevalence and molecular characteristics of acyclovir -resistant （ACVR） herpes simplex virus （HSV-1） isolates from 120 patients with herpetic lips. Methods 120 clinical specimens were analyzed using virus culture, real-time PCR and sequencing. Results Isolates from 6（5%） of the patients were ACVR which had mutations in the thymidmine rinase gene, and it maybe associated with ACVR. Conclusion These data demonstrate a relatively high prevalence of HSV-1 ACVR isolates in patients with herpetic lips, which emphasizes the need to monitor for ACV susceptibility in patients with herpetic lips who are refractory to therapy with ACV. |
