连续性肾脏替代治疗使用机械通气的急性肾衰病人

摘    要:
目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗呼吸衰竭合并急性肾功能衰竭治疗的可行性、治疗效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析使用机械通气的急性肾衰病人在使用连续性肾脏替代治疗的情况。结果 12例患者均能耐受每次12~24h的连续性肾脏替代治疗,全部病人缺氧、二氧化碳潴留和酸碱平衡失调明显得到纠正,尿素氮和肌肝水平较治疗前显著降低,C反应蛋白水平明显降低,治疗前后血压平稳,水、电解质紊乱亦有改善,无死亡病例。结论连续性肾脏替代治疗使用机械通气的急性肾衰病人是一种安全和有效的救治措施,成功率较高。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in patients with mechanical ventilation combined with acute renal days function. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients treated with CRRT were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients could accept the treatment of CRRT.
