阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的治疗进展

睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可分为阻塞型、中枢型和混合型,其中以阻塞型最为常见。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是以睡眠期间反复发作呼吸暂停、白天嗜睡为特征的一种疾病,是一种临床常见且严重危害人们身体健康的疾病。由于该病发病率逐年增多,近年来已逐渐引起全球广大学者的关注。目前内科、外科、中医对此病的治疗均取得了较大的进展。现就其治疗进展予以综述。

Progress on Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is characterized by recurrent episodes of airflow cessation during sleep and daytime somnolence.It can be grouped into obstructive type,central type and mixed type,of which the obstructive type is the most common one.It is a severe disease showing harm to human health.Because of the incidence increases year by year,it causes more and more attention in recently years.At present,considerable progress is achieved in the treatment by internal medicine,surgery and Chinese medicine.This article reviews the progress on treatment of OSAHS.
