桡动脉和股动脉途径冠状动脉造影的对比研究

摘    要:目的: 探讨经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影的临床应用价值.方法: 将582例行冠状动脉造影的患者随机分为桡动脉途径组(R组,n=294)和股动脉途径组(F组,n=288),分别记录、比较两组间穿刺成功率、造影成功率、首选导管造影成功率、手术时间、透视时间及并发症等.结果: 两组间造影成功率、首选导管成功率、手术时间及透视时间差异无显著性(P>0.05),而R组穿刺成功率低于F组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于F组(P<0.05).结论: 经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影,操作简便、安全可行、并发症少,可替代股动脉途径成为冠状动脉造影的常规血管入路.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical applicaton of transradial approach for coronary angiography.Methods: 582 patients were randomly divided into transradial group(R group,n=294) and transfemoral group(F group,n=288),to take diagnostic angiography.The success rates of arterial puncture(SRP),angiography(SRA),angiography using the firstly chosen catheters(SRC),the operative time(OT),the fluoroscopy time(FT),and complications in the 2 groups were recorded and compared.Results: The SRA,SRC,OT and FT were similar in the 2 groups(P>0.05),while the SRP and complications were lower in R group than those in F group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The radial artery approach for coronary angiography causes less complication and appears safer and more convenient than femoral one.It might be take as a better alternative for the traditional artery approach.
