大剂量沐舒坦联合NCPAP治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨大剂量沐舒坦联合NCPAP治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法将74例重症肺炎患儿随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=37),在综合治疗的基础上两组给予NCPAP通气,观察组静脉输注大剂量沐舒坦,30 mg/(k·d),观察两组的临床疗效,临床症状缓解时间,PaO2、PaCO2和OI变化及住院时间。结果观察组的总体有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组82.86%(P0.05),观察组的临床症状缓解时间、住院时间、治疗后12 h和24 h的PaO2、PaCO2和OI变化均明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论大剂量沐舒坦联合NCPAP治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效显著,可迅速缓解患儿的临床症状、提高PaO2。

Clinical effect of large doses of mucosolvan in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia

Objective To study the clinical effect of large doses of mucosolvan combined with NCPAP in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia. Methods 72 children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 35） and the observation group（ n = 37）. All patients were given NCPAP ventilation on the basis of the comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was given large doses of mucosolvan,30 mg /（ k.d） by infusion pump input. The clinical effect,ease time of clinical symptoms,PaO2,PaCO2and OI changes,and duration of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 59%,which was significantly higher than 82. 86% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of remission time of clinical symptoms,duration of hospital stay,PaO2,PaCO2and OI 12 and 24 hours was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Large doses of mucosolvan combined with NCPAP has significantly clinical effect in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia,which can rapidly relieve the children ＇s clinical symptoms and improve PaO2.
