类风湿关节炎合并间质性肺炎的临床分析

目的分析类风湿关节炎合并间质性肺炎患者的临床表现及相关实验室数据,认识其发病特点及影响因素,为早期诊断提供依据。方法对20例类风湿关节炎合并间质性肺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果有吸烟史的男性类风湿关节炎患者更易合并间质性肺炎。类风湿关节炎患者的病程与肺间质病变发病率差异无统计学意义。20例类风湿关节炎合并间质性肺炎患者中,6例患者类风湿关节炎病程〈1年,3例10年以上。其免疫指标提示RF、CCP大多数阳性。结论吸烟是合并间质性肺炎的危险因素,CCP、RF、血沉、CRP和高免疫球蛋白的监测,可预测间质性肺炎的发生。

Clinical analysis of rheumatoid arthritis combined with interstitial pneumonia

Objective To analyze clinical characteristics and laboratory data of rheumatoid arthritis patients combined with interstitial pneumonia,understanding occurrence and characteristics of this disease.Methods The clinical data of 20 cases rheumatoid arthritis patients combined with interstitial pneumonia were analyzed retrospectively.Results The course of rheumatoid arthritis patients with interstitial lung disease was no significant difference in incidence.In 20 cases rheumatoid arthritis patients with interstitial pneumonia,rheumatoid arthritis disease duration in 6patients was less than 1year,3cases was over 10 years.Their immune indicators prompted RF,CCP most positive.Conclusion Smoking is a risk factor for interstitial pneumonia,and the monitoring of CCP,RF,blood sedimentation,CRP and high immunoglobulin can predict the occurrence of interstitial pneumonia.
