100例二尖瓣脱垂患者超声心动图分析与研究

目的分析并总结二尖瓣脱垂（Mitral valve prolapse,MVP）超声特点及病因,研究左房大小与左心疾病所致的肺高压之间的关系。方法选取我院超声心动图检查明确诊断为二尖瓣脱垂成年人患者100例,统计分析超声所见及检测的数据。结果二尖瓣前叶脱垂比例41%,后叶脱垂比例48%,双叶脱垂比例11%;肺动脉高压组患者左房内径较无肺动脉高压组大（P〈0.01）。结论二尖瓣双叶脱垂较少;风湿性心脏病、冠心病、感染性心内膜炎、继发孔型房间隔缺损等疾病均可继发二尖瓣脱垂;左房的大小及肺动脉压对二尖瓣脱垂患者具有重要临床意义。

Analysis and research for echocardiography in patients with mitral valve prolapse

Objective To analyze and summarize mitral valve prolapse ultrasonic characteristics and the cause,to study the relationship between left atrial size and pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with left heart disease.Methods Ultrasonographic characteristics and detection data of 100 cases adult patients with mitral valve prolapse were statistically analyzed.ResultsPatients with posterior mitral valve prolapse accounted for 42%,patients with anterior mitral valve prolapse accounted for 47%,patients with double leaf prolapse accounted for 11%.Left atrial size in the pulmonary hypertension group was larger than the group with no pulmonary hypertension（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Double leaf prolapse is rare.The size of left atrial and the pulmonary artery pressure has important clinical significance for patients with mitral valve prolapse.
