盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合蠲痹胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

目的:观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合蠲痹胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,观察组40例采用口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合蠲痹胶囊治疗,对照组40例口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,两组均以6周为1个疗程,观察疗效.结果:治疗后,观察组Lequesne指数为(6.2±3.5)分,对照组为(8.1±3.2)分,两组比较(t=-2.5339,P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组Lequesne指数改善率(63.1±15.6)％,对照组为(50.9±14.7)％,两组比较(t =3.5997,P＜0.01),差异有统计学意义.结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合蠲痹胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效明显优于单纯应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗.

Clinical Observation of Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric Combined with Capsule for Eliminating Arthralgia Spasm on Gony-osteoarthritis

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric combined with Capsule for Eliminating Arthralgia Spasm on gony-osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 cases with gony-osteoarthritis were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric combined with Capsule for Eliminating Arthralgia Spasm orally taken. And the other 40 ones in control group were treated with only Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric. One treatment course included 6 weeks. Results： After treatment Lequesne in treatment group was （6. 2 ± 3.5 ）, and that in control group was （8. 1 ± 3.2）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ t = - 2. 533 9, P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the improvement rate of Lequesne in treatment group was（63.1 ±15.6）% and that in control group was （ 50.9 ± 14. 7 ） %. There was also significant difference between the two groups（t = 3. 599 7, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric combined with Capsule for Eliminating Arthralgia Spasm has better effect on gony-osteoarthritis than only Capsule of Glucosamine Hydrochloric.
