平凉市公众结核病防治知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解平凉市不同人群结核病防治知识知晓率现状。方法采用逐级分层整群抽样方法,抽取市级1个、县(区)级7个、乡级14个和村级42个,共64个调查点,每个点随机抽取被调查者,进行结核病知识问卷调查。结果本次共调查1986人,结核病防治知识核心信息知晓率差异明显,结核病有咳嗽、咳痰或咯血主要症状的知晓率为83.0%,知道国家肺结核治疗免费政策以及有症状到结防所就诊的知晓率为80.4%,肺结核病能否治好的知晓率为70.4%。结论平凉市结核病防治健康教育宣传工作虽取得了显著成效,但存在地区和人群差异,需要进一步加强针对不同人群尤其是农民、学生和普通大众的结核病防治宣传教育力度。

Survey and Andlysis on Public Knowledge About Pingliang TB Control

OBJECTIVE Understanding different populations of Pingliang TB control of knowledge about the status quo. METHODS Using stratified sampling method, extraction at 1, counties, seven and township level 14 a total of 22, each point infested randomly surveyed, tuberculosis knowledge questionnaire. RESULTS The survey, of 1 986 TB control knowledge core information awareness differences are significant, tuberculosis has a cough, sputum or haemoptysis main symptoms for 83.0%, know awareness free treatment policy and national tuberculosis which have symptoms to anti-unity 80.4% awareness for doctor can cure, tuberculosis awareness for 70.4%. CONCLUSION TB control heahh education propaganda Pingliang job is made remarkable progress, but there are areas and the crowd difference, need to further strengthen according to different people especially the farmers, students and the general public education efforts of TB control publicity.
