格拉司琼用于预防静吸复合全麻术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察格拉司琼用于预防静吸复合全麻术后恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法选择60例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级在静吸复合全麻下行手术病人,随机将病人分为实验组(S组)和对照组(D组),每组各30例,麻醉诱导前5minS组静脉注射格拉司琼40ug/kg,D组不用,麻醉诱导及维持相同,所有病人气管插管后均常规置入胃管。观察术后24h恶心呕吐发生率及镇静情况。结果S组术后恶心呕吐发生率为10%,D组为70%,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义。镇静评分两组间无显著性差异。结论静吸复合全麻手术麻醉诱导前5min静脉注射格拉司琼可有效减少术后恶心呕吐的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of granisetron in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting after intraventous-inhalation combined anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients undergoing intraventous and inhalation combined anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups: granisetron group S (n=30) and control group D(n=30). The patients in group S were intravescularly administered with 40 ug/kg granisetron 5 minutes before anesthesia was induced, while the patients in group D were not. Nausea and vominting,sedation of patients were observed in the following 24 hours. Results The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was 10% in group S and 70% in group D,respectively. There was great significance between them. There was no significant difference of sedation score between groups S and D. Conclusion Preventive administration of granisetron can efftively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting .
