| 桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中T型钢板的应用 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 评价T型钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的效果。方法 35例术前X线片示桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者经手术切开复位，以T型钢板内固定治疗。结果 术后X线及功能评估：31例（88.6%)功能良好，1例（2.9%)功能受限且伴明显疼痛。结论 切开复位T型钢板内固定是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of T shaped plate in the treatment of comminuted intra-articular fracture of distal end of radius. Methods 35 patients with comminuted fracture of the distal end of radius underwent open reduction via T shaped plate fixed inside. Results The postoperative function of wrist joint in 31 cases were good(88.6%),but the operation failed in 1(2.9%). Conclusion The surgical treatment of open reduction via T shaped plate fixed inside is effective for the patients with comminuted intra-articular fracture of distal end of radius. |
