| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后稳定型假体人工全膝关节置换术治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对60例应用后稳定型假体全膝关节置换术治疗的严重膝骨性关节炎患者的临床资料进行统计分析和评分总结。结果根据Tohn．N．Insall评分标准，手术优良率达92．5％，术后在疼痛、关节功能及活动度等方面均有明显的改善。结论后稳定型假体人工全膝关节置换术是治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的切实有效方法，而且尤其适用于严重膝骨性关节炎后交叉韧带退变明显的病例。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the results of the total knee replacement for osteoarthritis knee joint with posterior stabilized prosthesis. Methods Follow - up study was carried out for 60 patients who were treated total knee replacement for osteoarthritis knee joint with posterior stabilized prosthesis and were analyzed by HSS score system. Conclusion The total knee replacement for osteoarthritis knee joint with posterior stabilized prosthesis presents a satisfactory procedure to severe osteoarthritis of keens. In order to attain a better outcome, especially to osteoarthritis knee joint with crueiate Iligament degeneratied. |
