| Abstract: | The resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae is becoming more and more serious, which brings severe challenges to clinical treatment. This article summarizes related research in recent years, and elaborates the resistance mechanism, molecular characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae to various antibiotics, and the possible relationship between Klebsiella pneumoniae resistance and virulence with the hope to bring clinical practice new perspectives and new choices. |
