中药塌渍方配合治疗小儿发热临床观察

目的观察中药塌渍自拟方配合治疗小儿发热的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年7月-2019年7月收治的发热患儿94例,按照随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组。所有患儿入院后均给予抗菌、抗感染、抗病毒治疗。对照组口服布洛芬混悬液,治疗组给予中药塌渍自拟方治疗。观察2组患儿发热症状消退时间、不良反应发生率及临床治疗效果。结果治疗组发热、头痛、鼻塞、多汗等症状消退时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05),其治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05),且治疗组发生恶心呕吐、嗜睡、尿蛋白上升等不良反应的几率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中药塌渍自拟方配合治疗小儿发热可迅速改善患儿的发热症状,缩短患儿症状消退时间,且安全性高,治疗效果好,临床应用价值较高。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking Moistening Recipe in the Treatment of Fever in Children

Objective To observe clinical application effect of Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening recipe in the treatment of fever in children.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,94 children with fever admitted to our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.All the children were given anti-bacterial,anti infective and anti viral treatment after admission.The control group was treated with ibuprofen suspension,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening recipe.The regression time of fever symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of fever,headache,nasal congestion,hyperhidremia and other symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,lethargy and urine protein increase in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening recipe in the treatment of fever in children can rapidly improve the fever symptoms of children,shorten the time of symptom regression,and has high safety,good therapeutic effect and high clinical application value.
