射干麻黄汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期寒饮郁肺证临床观察

目的观察射干麻黄汤加减方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期寒饮郁肺证临床疗效。方法选择60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中医辨证属寒饮郁肺证患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。2组均给予西药常规抗感染、祛痰、解痉平喘治疗。治疗组在此基础上给予射干麻黄汤加减方口服(射干10~15 g,麻黄6~9 g,半夏9~12 g,细辛3 g,紫菀9 g,款冬花9 g,五味子6~15 g,生姜9 g,大枣3枚。上方水煎服取汁400 m L,分早晚2次口服,1日1剂)。2组均连续治疗10d,观察治疗前后两组的单项症状、总体疗效的改善程度。结果治疗组单项症状咳嗽、咳痰、气喘疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组90.00%、对照组66.67%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论射干麻黄汤加减方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期寒饮郁肺证临床有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation on Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the Treatment of Syndrome of Cold Fluid Retained in Lung of Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shegan Mahuang decoction in the treatment of syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation COPD were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.Both groups were given routine anti-infective,expectorant and antiasthmatic treatment of western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was given Shegan Mahuang decoction with oral administration(Blackberrylily Rhizome 10-15 g,Ephedra 6-9 g,Pinellia ternata 9-12 g,Asarum3 g,Tatarian Aster 9 g,Flos farae 9 g,Fructus Schisandrae 6-15 g,ginger 9 g,jujubes 3.Take 400 ml of juice from the top of the decoction,take it orally twice,one dose a day).Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days,and the improvement degree of single symptom and overall curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The curative effect of cough,expectoration and asthma in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shegan Mahuang decoction is effective in the treatment of syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung of acute exacerbation COPD.
