氨酚麻美干混悬剂联合蓝芩口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染临床观察

目的分析上呼吸道感染儿童应用氨酚麻美干混悬剂与蓝芩口服液联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取86例2017年1月-2018年12月收治的上呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为2组,对照组43例给予蓝芩口服液治疗,研究组43例联合应用蓝芩口服液与氨酚麻美干混悬剂治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果研究组退热时间为(1.3±0.2)d,止咳时间为(3.0±1.2)d,鼻塞消失时间为(2.2±0.7)d,咽部红肿消失为(2.9±0.6)d,显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率93.0%,显著高于对照组有效率72.1%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为9.3%和11.6%,组间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论上呼吸道感染患儿在应用蓝芩口服液治疗的同时,联合应用氨酚麻美干混悬剂治疗的效果显著,且安全性高,具有较高临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation on Aminophenol Acesulfame Suspension Combined with Lanqin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aminophenol acesulfame suspension combined with Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Eighty-six children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the control group were treated with Lanqin oral liquid,and 43 patients in the study group were treated with aminophenol acesulfame suspension combined with Lanqin oral liquid.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The study group had an antipyretic time of(1.3±0.2)days,a coughing time of(3.0±1.2)days,a nasal congestion disappearance time of(2.2±0.7)days,and a pharyngeal redness disappeared to(2.9±0.6)days,which was significantly shorter.In the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 93.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were9.3%and 11.6%,respectively,and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The aminophenol acesulfame suspension combined with Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children is effective and safe.It has high clinical value.
