益气补肾止喘方对支气管哮喘缓解期患儿肺功能的影响

目的探究益气补肾止喘方对支气管哮喘缓解期患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年4月-2018年7月接受治疗的支气管哮喘缓解期患儿80例,利用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气补肾止喘方治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及肺功能。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组77.50%,治疗后中医证候积分为(1.33±0.54)分,低于对照组的(2.73±0.67)分,FEV1水平为(2.62±0.46)L、FVC水平为(2.85±0.68)L、FEV1/FVC为(72.73±7.41)%、PEF为(7.38±0.62)l/s,均高于对照组的(2.34±0.51)L、(2.43±0.64)L、(63.45±7.02)%、(6.24±0.58)L/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气补肾止喘方在支气管哮喘缓解期患儿治疗中疗效确切,有助于改善患儿临床症状及肺功能,利于降低哮喘发作频率,促进预后恢复,值得推广应用。

Effect of Invigorating Qi and Tonifying Kidney for Stopping Asthma Recipe on Pulmonary Function in Children with Bronchial Asthma during Remission

Objective To investigate the effect of in vigorating qi and tonifying kidney for stopping asthma recipe on pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma during remission.Methods Eighty children with bronchial asthma during remission in our treatment from April 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with invigorating qi and tonifying kidney for stopping asthma recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and lung function were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%).The score of TCM syndrome of the observation group after treatment was(1.33±0.54),which was lower than that of the control group(2.73±0.67).In the observation group,the FEV1 level was(2.62±0.46)L,and FVC levels were(2.85±0.68)L,FEV1/FVC was(72.73±7.41)%,and PEF was(7.38±0.62)L/s,which was higher than that of the control group(2.34±0.51)L,(2.43±0.64)L,(63.45±7.02)%,(6.24±0.58)L/s,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating qi and tonifying kidney for stopping asthma recipe is effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma during remission.It is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of children,which is beneficial to reduce the frequency of asthma attacks and promote the recovery of prognosis.It is worthy of popularization and application.
