益心胶囊对家兔急性心肌缺血模型血清及心肌组织NO和NOS的影响

目的 :探讨益心胶囊对心肌缺血家兔一氧化氮 (NO )及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的影响。方法 :雄性家兔 2 0只 ,随机分为 4组 ,每组 5只 ,预防给药 5d。灌胃结束后 ,开胸结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支 ,建立心肌缺血动物模型 ,观察血清及心肌组织NO和NOS的变化。结果 :模型组、益心胶囊组、通心络组与假手术组比较 ,心肌组织NO及NOS含量均有明显降低(P <0 .0 5 ) ;而与模型组相比 ,益心胶囊组、通心络组的NO及NOS含量均有明显的恢复 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示益心胶囊能够提高心肌缺血家兔心肌组织NO及NOS含量。结论 :心肌缺血损伤时 ,血清及心肌组织NO及NOS含量明显降低 ,而益心胶囊能够显著提高心肌缺血家兔血清及心肌组织NO及NOS含量 ,对血管内皮细胞功能具有保护作用。

Effect of Yixin Capsule on NO and NOS of Serum and Myocardium of Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rabbit

Objective:To explore effect of Yixin Capsule on NO and NOS of Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rabbit.Methods:20 male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,5 in every group.After fedding Yixin Capsule for 5d Preventedly, to ligate forward-Descending branch of left coronary artery and observe the changes of NO and NOS of Serum and Myocardium.Results:NO and NOS of Myocardium apparently decreased in model group,Yixin capsule group and Tongxinluo group to control group(P<0.05). NO and NOS of Yixin capsule group and Tongxinluo group apparently recovery to model group(P<0.05).This prompted that Yixin capsule could increase NO and NOS of Myocardium in ischemia rabbit.Conclusions:NO and NOS of Serum and Myocardium apparently decreased when myocardium ischemia injury.Yixin capsule could increase NO and NOS of serum and myocardium of acute myocardial ischemia rabbit and have prevention effect on vessel endothelial cell function.
