| 腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法将36例异位妊娠患者随机分成2组,A组行腹腔镜手术治疗(18例),B组行开腹手术治疗(18例),比较2组的治疗效果。结果 A组较B组术中出血量少,住院时间短,排气时间早,术后并发症少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、恢复快、安全性好、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgical for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 36 cases of patients were divided into two groups,18 cases treated by laparoscopic surgical（group A）and18 cases treated by line open surgery（group B）,compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results Group A was superior to that in the group B comparison in following aspects：less blood,short hospitalization time,anus exhausting time,less postoperative complications,and the differences are statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ectopic pregnancy which has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,security is better,less complications advantages.It is worth for generalization. |
