| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的临床疗效。方法对69例桡骨远端C3型骨折患者分别采用切开复位钢板内固定(观察组)和外固定支架固定(对照组)两种方法进行治疗,观察2组疗效。结果观察组优14例,良19例,可4例,差0例,优良率为89.2%;对照组优7例,良14例,可10例,差1例,优良率为65.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折,骨折处对位、对线良好,骨折固定牢固,关节面恢复平整,优良率高,并发症少,值得临床进一步研究推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locked plate in the treatment of type C3 distal radius fractures.Methods 69 cases of type C3 distal radius fracture patients were treated with open reduction plate fixation（observation group）and external fixation（control group）,and the treatment effects were observed.Results In observe group,the Dienst function rate of 14 cases（37.8%）were excellent,the total excellent and good rate was 89.2% with no complications,Compared with the control group,the difference of efficacy was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Using locked plate internal fixation for treatment of type C3 distal radius fractures,it had the advantages of good line,perfect fixation,flat articular surface,high excellent rate,and fewer complications,which was worthy of further research and promotion. |
