| 摘 要： | 目的观察硝苯地平联合贝那普利对高血压患者治疗后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)的变化。方法 78例高血压患者随机分为贝那普利治疗组38例和硝苯地平联合贝那普利治疗组40例,2组均治疗12周,观察2组治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、ACR变化。结果经12周治疗后,2组患者血压控制良好,ACR均较治疗前下降,且以硝苯地平联合贝那普利治疗组下降更为显著。结论硝苯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压患者,能更显著地降低ACR,有效起到肾功能保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nifedipine combined benazepril on ACR in patients with hypertension.Methods 78 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,the benazepril group and the nifedipine combined benazepril group,the treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks,the blood pressure of both two groups can be controlled well,ACR of both groups decreased,and the nifedipine combined benazepril group was significantly.Conclusions Nifedipine combined benazepril can decrease ACR in patients with hypertension significantly,effectively protect renal function. |
