富顺县试点医院国家基本药物制度实施情况分析

目的分析富顺县基本药物制度在试点基层医疗卫生机构的实施情况,为基本药物制度推广提供参考。方法对富顺县26家国家基本药物试点乡镇卫生院2010年4月—9月的基本药物制度实施情况,包括药品销售、业务收入进行统计分析。结果医院基本药物的使用比例逐渐增加,门、急诊人次增长了0.79%,住院人次下降了11.06%,人均门诊费用下降了24.90%,人均住院费用下降了9.61%,医疗总收入下降了6.47%,药品收入下降了37.48%.结论基本药物制度的实施对减轻患者负担发挥了积极有效的作用,国家应加大基本药物的使用宣传推广力度,同时采取更多渠道的补偿机制来确保医疗机构的正常运行。

Analysis for the implementation of the essential drug system in pilot township hospitals of Fushun county

Objective Analysis of the essential drug system which is implemented in the primary care and health institutions of Fushun,in order to promote the provision of essential drugs system reference.Methods Implementation of essential drugs system(including drug sales,operating income),which was used in the 26 pilot township hospitals was analyzed from April to September 2010.Results The use of essential drugs increased gradually.Outpatients and emergency patients increased by 0.79%,the number of patients decreased by 11.06%.Out patient costs per capita decreased by 24.90%.Cost per patient decreased by 9.61%.Total revenues decreased by 6.47%.Pharmaceutical revenues declined 37.48%.Conclusion Implementation of the system of essential drugs had played an active and effective role for reducing the burden on patients.The governments should promote the propaganda of essential drug,while taking more channels of compensation mechanism to ensure the normal operation of medical institutions.
