| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应激性高血糖对脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法对本院50例伴有应激性高血糖的脑梗死患者(A组)和50例正常血糖的脑梗死患者(B组)进行临床研究,比较2组患者入院时神经功能缺损状况、脑梗死面积、预后情况、并发症等指标。结果与B组相比,A组神经功能缺损评分显著增加(P<0.05),脑梗死面积大(P<0.05)、预后效果差,病死率高。结论应激性高血糖是影响脑梗死患者的重要因素,血糖对于脑梗死患者的病情判断、估计预后有较大意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of stress hyperglycemia on the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with stress hyperglycemia(group A) and 50 patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with normal blood glucose(group B) in our hospital were researched.The neurological deficits cerebral infarction area,prognosis,complications and other indicators were compared between two groups.Results Compared with group B,the neural functional defect score of group A increased significantly(P<0.05),the cerebral infarction of group A was larger(P<0.05),the prognosis of group A was poorer and the fatality rate of group A was higher.Conclusion The stress hyperglycemia is an important factor in patients with cerebral infarction,the blood glucose of patients with cerebral infarction has greater significance on its severity and prognosis. |
