| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨扭动模式超声乳化术用于过熟期白内障的安全性和效果。方法:对66例66眼过熟期白内障,采用扭动模式超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。术后随访3mo,观察视力及并发症情况。结果:66例白内障均顺利完成晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。裸眼视力0.5～0.8者30眼,≥1.0者36眼;矫正视力≥1.0者52眼。并发症有后囊破裂2眼,角膜中度水肿3眼。结论:对过熟期白内障行扭动模式超声乳化术是一种较为安全、有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To evaluate the safety and efficiency of torsional phacoemulsification for hypermature cataract extraction .METHODS: Sixty-six cases (66 eyes) of hypermature cataract were performed torsional phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantations. Visual acuity and complications were observed and evaluated during 3 months follow-up. RESULTS: Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantations were performed successfully in 66 cases(66 eyes) of hypermature cataract. Postoperative uncorrec-ted visual acuity was 0.5-0.8 in 30 eyes, 1.0 or better in 36 eyes. Fifty-two eyes achieved 1.0 or better of the best corrected visual acuity. Complications included posterior capsule rupture in 2 eyes and moderate corneal edema in 3 eyes. CONCLUSION: Torsional phacoemulsification is safe and effective in hypermature cataract extraction. |
