| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病患者血脂异常与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 观察60例冠心病与56例 对照组的血脂、血糖、胰岛素、C肽等生化指标。结果 冠心病组的甘油三酯、总脂固醇、低密 度脂蛋白明显对照组增高(P<0.05)。冠心病组的胰岛素、C肽水平与对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。冠心病组胰岛素释放指数较对照组增高而胰岛素敏感指数较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 高 胰岛素血症与胰岛素抵抗可引起脂质代谢紊乱,导致冠心病的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between lipid abnormalities and insulin resistance in patient with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Measure the serum lipids, glucose, insulin, C peptide in 60 patients with CHD and 56 normal people in control.Results The level of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein(LDL)for the CHD were higher significantly(P<0.05).There were significant difference between the level of insulin, C peptide for the CHD and that for the controls (P<0.05).The insulinogenic index for the CHD was higher, and the sensitivity index was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance can make the disorders of lipid metabolism happen,and promote the progress of CHD. |
