家兔面神经分支在面神核内的局部定位研究—HRP法

本文将辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase)简称 HRP。分别注入家兔面神经分支的颊上神经、颈皮神经、耳后神经的神经干内,根据酶标细胞,确定各个分支在面神经核内的局部定位关系。颊上神经主要传导至面神经核的外侧细胞群;颈皮神经主要传导至面神经核的中间细胞群;耳后神经主要传导至面神经核的内侧细胞群。并计数了细胞的数目。面神经分支主要传导至同侧。而不到对侧面神经核。在三叉神经中脑核内未发现有被标记的细胞。这说明三叉神经中脑核不发出纤维加入面神经而传导面部表情肌的本体感觉。

A STUDY OF THE LOCALIZATION OF THE RABBIT''''S BRANCHES OF NERVUS FACIALIS IN FACIAL NUCLEUS BY USING HRP

The present paper deals with the injection of Horseradish peroxidase into the stem of the nervus buccinator superior,nervus cutaneus colli,nervus auric- ularis posterior of the branches of nervus facialis.Accoding to the labellig of engeyme the localigation of the branches in the facial nucleus was established. The nervus buccinator superior mainly conducted to cells in the lateral area facial nucleus of the necleus of facial nerve.The nervus cutaneus colli mainly conducted to the cells of facial nucleus in the middle area.The nervus auricul- aris posterior mainly conducted to the cells of the facial necleus in the intern- al area.The number of cells was counted.The branches of nervus facialis mai- nly did not to the contralateral area but to the ipsolateral area.The leblled cells were not found in the nucli mesencephalicus nervi trigemini.This shows the neclei mesencephalicus trigemini do not send off fibres to the facial nerves having effect on the deep sense of the expressional muscles.
