| 摘 要： | 目的 了解全过程病案首页管理方法的实际效果.方法 采用长期追踪的方法,连续29个月每月进行评价病案首页管理的质量,找出病案首页存在的问题和数量.结果 共查102,218份病案首页,填写有缺陷的病案首页1410份,缺陷率为1.4%.结论通过全过程病案首页质量管理,填写不合格的病案首页逐年下降,病案首页填写质量稳固提高. |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the actual results of the front sheet of medical records management on full track. Methods The front sheet of medical records management were evaluated and the problems were found during 29 months throgh long-term follow-up. Results There are 1410 deficient records out of 102,218 records. The deficiency rate is 1.4 percent. Conclusion The number of the unqualified front sheets drop annually, the quality of medical records are improved stably through the whole course quality control. |
