| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor, EGF)G61A位点(EGF+61)多态性与肝硬化发生、发展的关系.方法 运用多聚酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测中国人群中147例肝硬化患者和227例正常对照者中EGF+61位点的基因型,分析其基因型及等位基因的分布频率.结果 EGF+61位点AA基因型及A等位基因在正常对照者中的分布频率均高于肝硬化患者(7.0% vs 6.1%,30.4% vs 27.2%),但其差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).EGF+61位点AA基因型及A等位基因在不同的Child-Pugh分级的肝硬化中的分布频率及规律不一,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在中国人群中,EGF+61位点的基因多态性与肝硬化的发生和发展无密切相关性. |
