| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性心衰时血清中透明质酸（HA）和层粘蛋白（LN）的水平。方法 应用放射免疫法，检测了67例慢性充血性心力衰竭病人血清HA及LN的水平，并以66例健康老年人作对照。结果 慢性充血性心力衰竭组血清HA及LN水平明显高于正常值，与对照组间有显著性差别（P＜0．001），其增高与心力衰竭程度呈正比。结论 血清HA、LN的高水平，是对慢性充血性心力衰竭的程度有价值的指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the interrelation between the level of hyaluronic acid(HA) and laminin(LN) and the degree of heart failure. Methods Using radiommunoassay,we detected the level of HA and LN in serum of 67 patients with chronic congestive heart failure and compared with 66 normal people. Results Both levels of HA and LN in serum were significantly higher in the group of chronic congestive heart failure(P<0 001) than that control group,between their gone up levels and the degree of heart failure had a corresponding change. Conclusion This result suggested that levels of HA and LN in serum were a valuable index for the diagnosis on degree of chronic congestive heart failure,and also could help the diagnosis of myocardial fibrosis. |
