| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性上呼吸道感染的临床护理措施及效果，以进一步指导临床护理。方法选取本院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的100例急性上呼吸道感染患者，按照随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组各50例．对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行针对性护理干预，对两组护理效果进行观察和对比分析。结果观察组患者的治愈率为100．0％，对照组的治愈率为80．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论在常规护理基础上加用针对性护理，能进一步提高护理水平，对于提高急性上呼吸道感染的治愈率具有重要作用，值得应用推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures for acute upper respiratory tract infection and their effects in order to further guide clinical nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute upper respiratory tract in- fection admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received specific nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 100.0% and that of the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of specific nursing on the basis of conventional nursing can improve the cure rate of acute upper respiratory tract infection,thereby worthy of application and nmmatlon |
