护理干预对直肠癌肠造口患者术后生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对直肠癌结肠造口术患者术后生活质量的影响,为临床护理策略的制订提供参考。方法选取本院收治的直肠癌结肠造口术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案的基础上,加用有针对性的全面护理干预措施。采用生活质量核心调查问卷对两组患者术后半年和术后1年的生活质量变化情况进行评估。结果本研究调查问卷的有效回收率为100%。观察组患者术后1年的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、一般症状及副反应、自我生活质量评价方面的得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者采用全面护理干预措施能够明显提高其术后生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with colostomy after operation

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with colostomy after operation, and to provide the reference for clinical nursing strategy. Methods 60 patients with colostomy in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while in the observation group, based on the nursing program of control group, patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The quality of life questionnaire was performed to assess the quality of life of patients after operation. Results The recovery of the questionnaire was 100%. The score of physical function, psychological function, social function, general symptoms and adverse reaction and self assessment of quality of life of observation group was significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures on the patients with colostomy after operation, can significantly improve the quality of life, worthy of further application in clinical practice.
