复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙必利治疗慢传输型便秘的临床研究

目的观察复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙必利治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）的临床效果。方法将450例患者随机均分为3组，最终完成295例，其中治疗A组113例给予复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙必利治疗，对照B组98例给予复方阿嗪米特治疗，对照C组84例给予莫沙必利治疗。3组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果治疗A组总有效率为89．4％，对照B组总有效率为66．3％，对照C组总有效率为70．2％，治疗A组优于对照B、C组（P〈0．01），对照B、C组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论复方阿嗪米特联合莫沙必利治疗STC的疗效较单纯复方阿嗪米特或奠沙必利治疗更为显著．并能显著缓解腹胀等相关疖状．佰得临床椎广及讲一步规范研究．

The clinical study of compound azintamide combined with mosapride in the treatment of slow transit constipation

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound azintamide combined with mosapride in the treat- ment of slow transit constipation （STC）. Methods 450 patients with STC were randomly divided into treatment group A, control group B,and control group C.295 patients completed,compound azintamide combined with mosapride was provided to the treatment group A （n=113）;only compound azintamide was given to the control group B （n=98）;only mosapride was supplied to the control group C（n=84）.After 3-month treatment,the effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in group A,group B,and group C was 89.4%,66.3%,and 70.2% respectively,the group A was superior to that of both group B and group C （P〈0.01）,there was no significant difference between group B and group C （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of compound azintamide combined with mosapride in the treatment of STC is more re- markable than that only compound azintamide or only mosapride treatment.It can obviously alleviate the relative symp- toms of STC like abdominal distension,which is worthy of expansion in clinic and normative study further.
