曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将148例冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组与对照组各74例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率（91．9％）明显优于对照组患者（70．3％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患者的左室射血分数（LVEF）、E峰加速时间、E／A、心脏指数（CI）、每分输出量（C0）、每搏输出量（Sv）等指标显著优于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的临床效果，值得临床推广使用。

Curative effect observation of trimetazidine combined with Danhong in- jection in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of trimetazidine combined with Danhong injection in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 148 patients with coronary heart disease and angina peetoris were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 74 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional treatment,the observation group were given trimetazi- dine and Danhong injection based on the control group,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.9%,which was significantly higher than 70.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）;after the treatment,the LVEF,E-wave time,E/A,CI,CO,and SV of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are better clinical effects of trimetazidine combined with Danhong injection in patients with coronary heart disease and angina Dectoris,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
