优质护理服务在基层医院妇产科的实施及效果分析

目的探讨优质护理服务在基层医院妇产科的实施方法及其效果。方法选取未开展优质护理服务的521例妇产科患者设为对照组,开展优质护理服务之后的686例妇产科患者设为观察组。对照组予以常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予优质护理服务。比较两组的护理质量、健康知识知晓率、患者满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分、健康知识知晓率以及患者满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务对提高基层医院妇产科护理工作质量、健康教育效果和患者满意度具有重要的作用,对于临床护理有积极的指导意义。

Implementation and effect analysis of high quality nursing service in gynaecology and obstetrics department of basic hospital

Objective To explore implementation methods and effect of high quality nursing service in gynaecology and obstetrics department of basic hospital.Methods 521 patients having no high quality nursing service in gynaecology and obstetrics department were selected as the control group and 686 cases implemented high quality nursing ser vice were selected as the observation group.Patients of the control group were given routine nursing measures,while pa tients of the observation group were given high quality nursing service based on routine nursing.Nursing quality,health knowledge awareness rate and patient satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results Nursing quality score,health knowledge awareness rate and patient satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing service plays an important role in improving nursing quality,health education effect and patient satisfaction in gynaecology and obstetrics department of basic hospital,so it has positive significance for clinical.
