健康体检中B型超声检查胆囊息肉样病变发生情况及相关因素分析

目的了解健康体检中胆囊息肉样病变（PLG）的发生情况及其相关因素,提高对该病的认识。方法对本院2011年9364例团体健康体检人群进行常规腹部B型超声（B-US）检查,根据体检结果分为胆囊息肉组和正常组,就其相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果 B-US检查团体健康体检人群9364例,其中PLG 761例,患病率为8.1%。两组血脂、脂肪肝、年龄、性别因素的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,吸烟、饮酒、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、胆结石、血糖、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮（BUN）因素的比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论高血脂、脂肪肝、年龄、性别是健康体检中PLG的危险因素。

Incidence and analysis of factors related to polypoid lesions of gallbladder detected by B-mode ultrasound during physical examination

Objective To understand the incidence and related factors of polypoid lesions of gallbladder（PLG） detect ed during physical examination and raise awareness of the disease.Methods In 2011,9364 persons in people group for physical examination in our hospital was examined by routine abdominal B-US and assigned into PLG group and nor mal group.The related factors were respectively analyzed.Results In people group for physical examination,9364 person were examined by B-US with 761 cases of PLG,incidence of 8.1%.The comparison of related factors of both groups showed statistically significant difference in blood-fat,fatty liver,age,gender（P 0.05）;there was no statistically significant difference in smoking,drinking,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,gallstones,blood glucose,uric acid,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）（P 0.05）.Conclusion Hyperlipemia,fatty liver,age,and gender are risk factors of PLG in people group for physical examination.
