上尿路结石腔内术后尿源性脓毒血症的防治体会

目的探讨上尿路腔内碎石术后并发尿源性脓毒血症的原因和防治措施。方法回顾性分析既往行输尿管镜取石术（URL）和经皮肾镜取石术（PNL）术后并发脓毒血症10例患者的临床资料。结果尿源性脓毒血症病程进展快，症状重，经早期诊断、及时处理，均获得痊愈。结论尿源性脓毒血症是上尿路结石腔内手术后常见并发症之一，术前控制尿路感染、术中低压灌注。术后早期诊断并及时干预非常重要。

Prevention and treatment of postoperative urosepsis of upper urinary tract stones endoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the etiology,management and prevention of urosepisis after endoscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones. Methods A clinical date was retrospective analyzed which collected 10 patients of urosepi- sis after URL and PNL for upper urinary tract stones. Results Urosepisis had rapid progression and severe symptoms. All the patients were cured by early diagnosis and active treatment. Conclusion Urosepisis is one of serious complica- tions after endoscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones.It is important to the successful treatment depend on early diagnosis and proper treatment, including anti-infect preoperative,low-pressure perfusion intraoperative and early diagnosis and timely interventin ~ ：.._
