艾灸百会穴治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的影响

目的观察艾灸百会穴治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的疗效及对患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和D-二聚体（DD）的影响。方法 60例ACI患者随机分为艾灸组和对照组各30例,艾灸组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用艾灸百会穴治疗,两组疗程均为30d,观察治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数（BI）改善情况,及血清hs-CRP和DD的变化。结果治疗后艾灸组和对照组血清hs-CRP和DD水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,而艾灸组较对照组下降更明显（P〈0.01）,两组治疗后神经功能缺损、BI评分均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）,艾灸组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。艾灸组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论艾灸百会穴可降低ACI患者血清hs-CRP和DD水平,减轻脑缺血性损害,改善患者神经功能。

The curative effect of acute cerebral infarction treated by moxibustion on baihui acupoint and its influence on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and D-dimer

Objective To observe the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction（ACI） treated by moxibustion on baihui acupoint and its influence on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and D-dimer（DD）.Methods 60 patients with ACI were evenly divided into moxibustion group and control group.The moxibustion group was given moxibustion on baihui acupoint on the basis of conventional therapy in the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 30 days.The neurologic impairment,Barthel index（BI） of activities of daily living,and changes of hs-CRP and DD in serum before and after treatment were observed.Results The levels of hs-CRP and DD in serum in both moxibustion group and control group after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment（P＆lt;0.05）.In compari son of the control group,those indexes decreased morere markably in the moxibustion gorup（P＆lt;0.01）.After treatment,the scores of neurologic impairment and BI scores in both groups changed better than those before treatment（P＆lt;0.05）,but much better in the moxibustion group（P＆lt;0.05）.The total effective rate in the moxibustion group was much higher than that in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Moxibustion on baihui acupoint can reduce the levels of hs-CRP and DD in serum of ACI patients,alleviate the impairment of cerebral ischemia,and improve neurological function.
