摘    要:
目的探讨护理干预对预防碘对比剂不良反应的效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年1月160例注射碘对比剂行CT增强扫描检查患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上针对碘对比剂常见不良反应实施有效护理干预。结果两组患者不良反应发生率及患者对临床护理的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在CT增强扫描检查中,针对碘对比剂常见不良反应实施有效护理干预,可降低不良反应发生率,提高患者对临床护理的满意度,保障患者生命安全,值得进一步临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention in preventing adverse reactions of iodinated contrast agent.Methods 160 patients who received enhanced CT scan detection with injection of iodinated contrast agent in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected and randomly assigned into observation group and control group.The control group was cared by conventional nursing,while the observation group was cared by effective nursing intervention for common adverse reactions of iodinated contrast agent on the basis of control group.Results The comparison of incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of clinical nursing of patients in both groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion During the enhanced CT scan detection,implementing effective nursing intervention for common adverse reactions of iodinated contrast can reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve satisfaction degree of clinical nursing of patients,ensure the life safety of patients,and is worth further clinical promotion and applying.
