经腹部超声与经阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠的对比分析

目的探讨经腹部超声与经阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠的对比分析。方法回顾性分析2010年2月～2012年8月本院病理确诊为异位妊娠的68例患者,收集分析两组患者的腹部超声与阴道彩超资料,比较两种诊断方式的诊断符合率以及附件区包块、胎心、卵黄囊、子宫内假孕囊等影像学表现。结果经腹部超声确诊异位妊娠49例,确诊率为72.0%;经阴道彩超确诊63例,确诊率为92.6%。附件区包块、胎心、卵黄囊、子宫内假孕囊等影像学表现阳性率阴道超声明显高于腹部超声,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠确诊率及影像学表现阳性率较高,值得临床推广应用。

Comparative analysis of transabdominal sonography and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the comparative analysis of transabdominal sonography and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients pathologically diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2012.The data of transabdominal sonography and transvaginal ultrasonography in two group patients were collected and analyzed to compare the diagnose accordance rate of two diagnostic methods and the imaging manifestations of adnexal masses,fetal heart,yolk sac and intrauterine spurious fertilized egg etc.Results 49 cases were conformed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal sonography,the positive rate was 72.0%.63 cases were conformed by transvaginal ultrasonography,the positive rate was 92.6%.The positive rate of imaging manifestations of adnexal masses,fetal heart,yolk sac and intrauterine spurious fertilized egg etc. by using transabdominal sonography were obviously higher than that by using transvaginal ultrasonography,the difference was significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has a higher definitive diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy and positive rate of imaging manifestation,so it worthy of clinical application.
