布托啡诺联合舒芬太尼在下肢骨折术后镇痛中的效果分析

目的探讨布托啡诺在下肢骨折术后中的镇痛效果。方法选取2010年6月-2012年6月在本院进行下肢骨折术的患者120例进行回顾性分析，随机分成A、B、C3组，每组40例，A组采用布托啡诺镇痛，B组采用舒芬太尼镇痛，C组采用布托啡诺联合舒芬太尼镇痛，观察3组镇痛效果和不良反应的发生情况。结果术后8、12、24h的VAS、Ramsay评分，C组明显低于A、B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；3组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论布托啡诺联合舒芬太尼在下肢骨折术后镇痛中的效果显著。

Effect analysis of analgesia after lower limb fracture surgery using butor- phanol

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of butorphanol after the lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 120 patients received lower limb fracture surgery from June 2010 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively and ran- domly divided into group A,group B and group C in our hospital with each group including 40 patients.Group A re- ceived butorphanol for analgesia,group B received sufentanil and group C received butorphanol combined with sufen- tanil.The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed. Results The VAS scores and Ram- say scores of postoperative 8 hours,12 hours and 24 hours, group C was significantly lower than group A and group B, there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）;there was no statistical difference in three groups of incidence of adverse re- actions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Butorphanol combined sufentanil has significant effect for postoperative analgesia in low- er limb fracture.
