儿科危重症监护病房护士压力源分析及应对措施

为了探讨儿科危重症监护病房（ICU）护士的压力源，并提出应对措施，本文分析了儿科ICU护士的心理状况及工作压力，指出护士经常处于高压力，高风险、高强度的工作环境，心理压力源多，心理压力大，身心健康受到了严重影响，为此本院提出相关措施，以减轻儿科ICU护士的心理压力，提高医疗护理质量。
