左西孟旦治疗急性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察左西孟旦治疗急性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法收集本院46例急性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床资料，分为观察组和对照组各23例，对照组为常规治疗，观察组为常规治疗结合左西孟旦治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果差异。结果观察组在治疗期间出现低血压、心律失常和头痛等不良反应状况,．但临床症状好转率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），随访进行3个月，两组均没有出现明显的药物反应。结论左西孟旦在急性充血性心力衰竭病症中的治疗效果较为理想，但在使用初期需要严密观察患者的生命体征变化，检测患者身体指标，确保药物使用的安全性。

Clinical observation of levosimendan in the treatment of acute congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levosimendan in the treatment of acute congestive heart fail- ure. Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of acute congestive heart failure patients were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group with 23 cases in each group, the control group received conventional treat- ment, the observation group for routine treatment combined with levosimendan, the clinical effect of difference between the two groups of patients were observed. Results In the observation group during treatment of hypotension, arrhythmia and adverse reactions such as headaches, but clinical symptom improvement rate was better than the control group, with significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）, follow-up of 3 months, two groups had no obvious drug reaction. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of levosimendan in acute congestive heart failure disease is ideal, but the need to closely observe the patient＇s vital signs changes at the initial stage of use, body index were detected, to ensure the safety of drug use.
