我院清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

目的通过探讨本院清洁手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况,评价清洁手术抗菌药物使用的合理性,促进本院抗菌药物合理规范使用。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对本院2012年6～12月1850例清洁手术患者围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的情况进行统计分析。结果 1850例清洁手术患者中,预防性使用抗菌药物765例,使用率为41.35%;抗菌药物涉及6类17种药物,其中使用最多的是头孢菌素类（359例,占46.93%）;合理使用608例（占79.48%）,不合理使用157例（占20.52%）;不合理使用中以预防用药时间过长为主,占39.49%,其次为无指征用药,占22.29%。结论本院清洁手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物仍存在不合理现象,有待进一步加强管理。

Analysis of the clean surgery perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital

Objective To discuss the clean surgery perioperative prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in our hospi tal and the rationality of antimicrobial usage evaluation clean operation,in order to promote the hospital antimicrobial drug use reasonably.Methods By the method of retrospective survey,1850 cases of patients with clean surgery periop erative prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents from June to December 2012 were analyzed.Results Among the 1850 clean surgery patients,765 cases with prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents,the utilization rate was 41.35%;the use of antibacterial drugs involved 6 class and 17 kinds of drugs,one of the most used was cephalosporin（359 cases,accounted for 46.93%）,among which 608 cases were used reasonable（accounted for 79.48%）;157 cases were used unreasonable（accounted for 20.52%）;the prevent drug use time was too long was the most not reasonable use（accounted for 39.49%）,followed by no indication of medicine（accounted for 22.29%）.Conclusion Our clean surgical perioperative prevention using antibacterial drugs is still exist unreasonable phenomenon,need further strengthen the management.
