盐酸氨溴索氧气雾化吸入在新生儿肺炎中的疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索氧气雾化吸入在新生儿肺炎中的疗效。方法选取2010年6月～2012年6月于本院进行常规治疗的45例新生儿肺炎患者为对照组,同期采用常规治疗加盐酸氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗的45例患儿为观察组,后将两组的治疗总有效率、肺部啰音和呼吸加快改善时间、住院时间、治疗前及治疗后氧合指数（OI）、动脉血氧分压（PaO2）及动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,肺部啰音和呼吸加快改善时间、住院时间短于对照组,OI、PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索氧气雾化吸入在新生儿肺炎中的疗效较佳,显效也较快。

Observation on the effect of mucosolvin by oxygen atomizing inhalation in neonatal pneumonia

Objective To study the effect of mucosolvin by oxygen atomizing inhalation in neonatal pneumonia. Methods Forty five neonatus with neonatal pneumonia who were treated with routine treatment in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected as control group,45 neonatus who were treated with routine treatment and mucosolvin by oxygen atomizing inhalation at the same time were selected as observation group,then the total effective rate,improvement time of pulmonary rales and accelerated breathing,hospitalization time,OI,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,improvement time of pulmonary rales and accelerated breathing,hospitalization time were shorter than those of control group,OI,PaO 2 were higher than those of control group,PaCO 2 were lower than those of control group,all the differences were significant （ P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of mucosolvin by oxygen atomizing inhalation in neonatal pneumonia is better,and the effective time is quick
