金双歧联合利巴韦林治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的观察临床应用金双歧联合利巴韦林治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法选取本院2008年4月～2012年3月收治的112例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组患儿单纯给予利巴韦林口服,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上给予金双歧口服,观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效及有效止泻时间。结果治疗后有效止泻时间观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=7.392,P〈0.05）;观察组患儿的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论金双歧联合利巴韦林治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效明确,有效止泻时间短,值得推广与应用。

Therapeutic effect observation of Jinshuangqi combined with ribavirin for children rotavirus enteritis

Objective To observe the effectiveness of clinical using of Jinshuangqi combined with ribavirin for children rotavirus enteritis.Methods One hundred and twelve children patients with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from April 2008 to March 2012 were selected and randomly assigned into observation group and control group,56 cases respectively,according to random number table.The control group was treated by oral ribavirin only,while the observation group also by oral Jinshuangqi on the base of control group treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect and the time of effective relieving diarrhea of children patients in both groups were observed. Results After treatment,the comparison showed that the time of effective relieving diarrhea of observation group was noticeably shorter than that of control group,which had significant difference （t =7.392,P ＆lt;0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was markedly higher than that of control group,which had statistical significance （ P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion For children rotavirus enteritis,Jinshuangqi combined ribavirin has definitely clinical therapeutic effect and shorter time of effective relieving diarrhea,thus is worth promotion and applying.
