厄贝沙坦治疗轻、中度原发性高血压疗效研究

目的：探讨厄贝沙坦治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效。方法：96例轻、中度原发性高血压患随机分为两组：厄贝沙坦组（56例）150－300mg/d口服，氨氯地平组（40例）5－10mg/d口服，疗程均为8周，治疗前、治疗后4周和8周行动态血压监测。结果：在疗程第4周和第8周厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平均有较好的降压效果，两组间血压下降差别无统计学意义，第8周厄贝沙坦组总有效率为71．6％，氨氯地平组为68．2％，两组用药耐受性良好，氨氯地平组与用药相关的水肿发生率略高。结论：厄贝沙坦对高血压有确切疗效，且耐受性良好，无特征性毒副作用。

Efficacy of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods: 96 patients with essential hypertension were randomized to two group, 56 cases to irbesartan treatment group ( irbesartan 150- 300md/d) and 40 cases to amlodipine treatment group (amlodipine 5 -10mg/d) . At 4th week and 8th week after therapy, the blood pressure were measured by dynamic blood pressure monitor. Results: At 8th week, The total efficacy rate in irbesartan group was 71,6% and in amlodipine geoup was 68.2% , respectively (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Irbesartan is effective in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.
