| 摘 要： | 目的 研究加味小柴胡汤对酒精所致肝损伤的保护作用.方法 以酒精致肝损伤动物为模型,观察小鼠丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽（GSH）及肝组织的病理学检查,探讨加味小柴胡汤保护肝损伤的作用和机理.结果 加味小柴胡汤能降低小鼠MDA,升高GSH水平,改善肝组织病变.结论 加味小柴胡汤对酒精所致肝损伤有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化及改善肝组织病变有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the protective effect of Minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction on hepatic injury due to alcohol. Methods Hepatic injury animal model was established, pathological examination of MDA, GSH, liver histopathology of mice was conducted and the protective effect of modified minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction on hepatic injury was analyzed. Results The modified minor Radix Bupleuri decoction could reduce the level of MDA and enhance the level of GSH, ameliorate pathological changes of hepatic tissue. Conclusion Modified minor Radix Bupleuri decoction can protect the animal from hepatic injury due to alcohol. This mechanism might associated with antioxidation and improving the pathological changes of hepatic tissue. |
