睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的中医辨证分型

[目的]结合中医理论对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征进行辨证分型分析与探讨。[方法]选自2010年5月12日至2012年5月11日来我院就诊SAS病患,经病史询问及PSG检查确诊的SAS患者116例,对其进行中医辨证分型。[结果]从116例资料检查结果及分型情况来看,实证发病率大于虚证;而实证与痰有关的则占多数,虚证中则以肾阳虚的发病率占多数。[结论]中医辨证将SAS分为气虚型、血虚型、肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型、痰湿型、痰热型、血瘀型七种。

Sleep Apnea Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

[Objective] Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on sleep apnea syndrome differentiation type analysis and discussion[.Methods] From May 12,2010 to 2012 on 11 May,our hospital in SAS patients,the history and PSG examination in 116 cases of SAS diagnosed,carries on the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.[Results] From the data of 116 cases of examination results and the type of situation,empirical morbidity than deficiency;and empirical related to phlegm are the majority,deficiency of Kidney Yang is the incidence of the majority.[Conclusion] SAS divided into TCM Qi deficiency,blood deficiency type,kidney yin deficiency,kidney deficiency,phlegm dampness,phlegm heat,blood stasis type seven.
